GLOBALLASHUV SHAROITIDA OILA VA GENDER SIYOSATIDA QO‘LLANILADIGAN DIPLOMATIK TERMINLARNING KOGNITIV-PRAGMATIK XUSUSIYATLARI
Cognitive-Pragmatic Characteristics of Diplomatic Terms Used in Family and Gender Policy in the Context of Globalization
Mazkur maqolada globallashuv sharoitida oila va gender siyosatida qo‘llaniladigan diplomatik terminlarning kognitiv-pragmatik xususiyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda xalqaro tashkilotlar, xususan BMT va Yevropa Ittifoqi hujjatlarida uchraydigan asosiy terminlar (“gender equality”, “family welfare”, “social protection”) mazmuni va ularning siyosiy-huquqiy ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, ushbu terminlarning O‘zbekiston amaliyotida qo‘llanishi, milliy kontekstga moslashuvi va ularning semantik hamda pragmatik o‘zgarishlari yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda kognitiv-pragmatik, qiyosiy va kontekstual tahlil usullaridan foydalanildi. Natijalar diplomatik terminlar nafaqat lingvistik birlik, balki aniq ijtimoiy-siyosiy vazifani bajaruvchi vosita ekanini, ayrim terminlarning milliy talqinida yagona yondashuv yetishmasligini ko‘rsatdi. Maqola so‘ngida terminlarning yagona milliy glossariysini yaratish va rasmiy tarjimalarini standartlashtirish bo‘yicha takliflar berilgan.
The article analyses the cognitive-pragmatic features of diplomatic terms used in family and gender policy under globalisation. The study examines the content and political-legal significance of key terms found in the documents of international organisations, in particular the UN and the European Union (“gender equality”, “family welfare”, “social protection”), as well as their use in the practice of Uzbekistan, their adaptation to the national context and their semantic and pragmatic changes. Cognitive-pragmatic, comparative and contextual methods of analysis were used. The results show that diplomatic terms function not only as linguistic units but also as instruments performing specific socio-political tasks, and that a unified approach to the national interpretation of some terms is lacking. The article concludes with proposals for creating a unified national glossary of such terms and standardising their official translations.
