This article examines the impact of information instability on the emotional and psychological state of the modern individual as a linguistic personality. It analyzes the mechanisms through which anxiety-provoking and aggressive lexical units emerge under the influence of the contemporary media environment, as well as the effects of these processes on language usage (usus) and communicative norms. Particular attention is paid to the manifestation of these tendencies in contemporary media and art, where clip thinking (TikTok-style fragmented cognition) has become increasingly dominant. Drawing on the theoretical framework of linguoecology, the study emphasizes the necessity of a comprehensive investigation into the degradation of the linguistic environment and highlights the importance of developing communicative and preventive strategies aimed at preserving ecological balance in language and communication.
